BULLYING IN THE NAVY- NEWSPAPERS + TV NEWS CHANNELS ACROSS THE WORLD
Our video of a disturbing initiation ceremony for new recruits to the Royal Marines made headline news around the world. The person who filmed the footage on their video was paid thousands of pounds for selling this video. We ensured they maintained their anonymity.
As a result of the footage the Ministry of Defence launched an inquiry into the problem of bullying in the Armed Forces.
The story was initially sold exclusively to the News of the World newspaper and then re-sold to BBC News, ITN News, Sky News and TV news channels across the globe.
